We are trying to sell our home and needed someone to take a look at our chimney due to findings from the inspection. We did reach out to other contractors and they began quoting us for repairs before physically looking at the chimney. We reached out to Spradlin Construction and David was quick to respond. He arrived the next morning and was very helpful from the start. He was honest in his opinion and didn't try to sell us on any unnecessary repairs or services. Contractors like this are hard to find! If ever we need roof repairs or replacement in the future, we will definitely call Spradlin Construction to perform the work. We highly recommend them!

I am very behind on posting this review but they did a great job. I purchased a home with a newer roof but was a formal rental and hadn’t been properly maintained and worried if there was as rot around the gutters. They came out and checked everything out and informed me there was no rot but recommended I add another downspout at some point in the future. He also noticed a weird wave in the roof, which was concerning because it was a new roof but explained it’s bc the wood underneath is old and not to worry but told me what to keep an eye on since the wood under was old. I appreciate this company because as a young woman who owns a home many contractors come in thinking they can just sell me stuff as if I do not know any better. I was treated as an equal and given just some good general maintenance and advice and extremely appreciative of this. I ended up not needing and services from them on the date they came, but I will 100% recommend them for their services based off their professionalism and knowledge. I hope to not need a new roof for another 10 years, but if any of Alabama’s weather causes any damage before then, I will contact them immediately to make any repairs.

My experience with this company was outstanding. Everything they said they were going to do they did. Communication was excellent, the work was done in a timely manner, the cleanup was thorough, their employees were diligent and mannerly, The roof looks great. I would highly recommend this company.

Spradlin Construction did a great job. I love my new roof and fascia. The job was completed in a very timely manner; even working on a holiday. Mr. Spradlin and his crew were very friendly and knowledgeable(I had lots of questions). They also cleaned up everything. If you need roofing or fascia repaired,I highly recommend them.
